For the sake of having several options to keep myself fit, I had made the decision to purchase a bike . By cons, having already in my sights to purchase a treadmill of good quality within 6 months to 1 year, I did not want to pay dearly for my  bike
(spin bike) .

After some Internet research hours I realized that it was possible to find a good bike, cheap . So here is the bike that I wore my choice: the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-B1110 .

Characteristics

Wheel weighs 44 pounds. In my research I was advised to opt for a bicycle wheel which weighs at least 30 lbs.
Adjustments at different levels. Indeed, not only is there an adjustment at headquarters but also the handlebar. I measure only 5 foot 2, possibilities of adjustments were very important to me;
The bike is very stable. It was another important feature for me. I wanted a stable bike because I plan to try the "spinning" in a few months;
It's reading the various comments of buyers who actually convinced me to customer satisfaction.

Lives near the American lines, I purchased the bike on the site Amazon.com , US $ 266 + tax I had to pay when crossing customs.

It is possible to buy against the Canadian site Amazon . At the time of this writing, the price of gray color bike is a little less expensive than the version of the bike in white

Conclusion

I admit I decided to buy a bike  on a whim. One Saturday while visiting a sports store, I tried a bike like this. Accustomed to the old styles of stationary bike , I could not believe how I was comfortable on this type of bike. That's when I saw that I could buy a low cost I decided to make the purchase.

Honestly, I did not use it as much as I use today. I use it regularly when I listen to a TV show online or other training.
